Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• UK: 3–7 business days
• USA: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events).

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping thresholds, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@fioreclo.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
